Ann is awesome. We (my wife and I) put in an offer on a house that had 3 other offers and ours was chosen based on an amount Ann said would be a fair and good offer. Throughout the entire process Ann was able to point us to all the right companies to use for our inspection, structural engineer, etc. The house needed a new roof, and the foundation needed to be leveled in one corner. The seller realtor was supposed to take care of this since it was the sellers house, however, they were not knowledgeable with any local companies. So, Ann went above and beyond and coordinated all the repairs on the house that wasn't even her buyers house yet! Through the entire process she literally did the other realtors job (plus she got the seller to pay for the foundation repair and the roof). She is very knowledgeable with local companies and will make sure the right ones are doing the repairs. We also had to have insurance quotes for our mortgage company ready and we called multiple big companies in the area who all gave us very high price tags. We asked Ann if these were fair offers and what they were telling us and Ann told us who to call for the best rates for better coverage. Due to her recommendation, we saved over $2,000 per year just on hazard and wind insurance. I will be using Ann again when I buy my next house and you should too.

Having Ann as your realtor is like having a family member fighting for you.
